今日は久しぶりに0℉近くまで冷え込みました☃さすがに外に出る気力がなかったので昨日に引き続き家でまったりとしていました😜
今日の記事も昨日に引き続きアメリカの生活について書きたいと思います。お題はアメリカのキッチン(電気コンロ)についてです。
アメリカに来て日本と違うなぁと思ったことの一つがキッチンについてです。まず、日本にはコンベクションオーブンってあまりないと思います。場所も取りますし、食生活の違いもあります。しかし、一番驚いたのが電気コンロです。最初は僕のマンションだけが電気コンロが主流かと思ったらそうでもないんです。
理由は勉強不足で調べられていません。。ガスが一般的ではない？火事防止？
ここで電気コンロを使ってみてメリットとデメリットを挙げたいと思います。
[メリット]
・火事になりにくい
・意外とどんなお鍋でも対応できる
[デメリット]
・掃除が大変
・冷めにくい
・低い温度だと赤くならないので、ついているのかわかりにくい
デメリットしかないですね（笑）。日本人にとっては使いにくいのかもしれません。ただし、使うのに慣れればそこまで問題にはならないと思います。
最後に電気コンロを掃除するため便利グッズを紹介致します。
